Seriously, this is what I do to players in my RPGs. They get used to one thing, and I change up the rules. I never liked sticking to expectations, so any time the players get used to how the world works, I always yank the rug out from under them.

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
