So now we know what the Stalkers are up to and why they needed those big ships. Maybe it would have been easier for them if half their fleet wasn't blown up by a magical A.I., but apparently they'll work with what they have available.

Those two are still going at it. Damn...

I have an inkling the speaker is supposed to be saying the stalkers *didn't* "fit into the standards of the Terran League." Eh, I'm sure whatever system they are using to amplify voice will distort it enough to make the difference indistinguishable.
