About this Strip

A bit of a call back to way earlier in this Game when we established that no one really likes Earth any more. However, it is the "Terran Intergalactic Government" so even if they don't really live on Earth anymore, it would still be quite the black eye to lose the Solar System to a bunch of renegades.

Lose the solar system? I think I might be a little confused as to the size of the Terran league. I thought there was something about FTL drives not really being a thing. Though, maybe, it was just that D's ship didn't have them?

Well, they are and they aren't/ Even without the overdrive that the Siren has, they were technically traveling FTL. Just... not as fast as they could. Still, the Terrans have a... different solution to the problem we may eventually see.
