It's true -- fighting Dracula is not really Link's job. He's been to the top of Dracula's Castle twice, and neither time did he actually participate in the fighting of Dracula (due to forces beyond his control). Fighting Ganon he is all over (and you don't have to ask him twice), but Dracula is really someone else's problem.
