Sindra still has her flying animation even if she doesn't have wings. it felt wrong to completely remove her normal mode of conveyance -- I mean, she's still an angel at heart, no matter what her new powers and responsibilities might entail.
And hey, now she has the ability to just warp wherever she wants at will. Although, come to think of it, as an angel she already had that anyway. Man, I really need to remember this shit.

Technically she didn't violate the non-compete statement of the agreement. She was not running a Hell of her own, that could attempt to 'compete' with his until /after/ she'd defeated him, and she was technically running his Hell and not a different Hell. The non-compete doesn't apply when you forcibly remove the one who is in power to become the one in power within the same organization.
