#802: On the Job
This Comic's Storylines:
She has duties to take care of. Hell isn't going to run itself. Well, sure, the demons would take care of it for a while, and probably someone else (maybe a Board of Demonic Directors) would rise to fill in a gap left by the lack of a Devil (if there was no Devil), but even then, the demons would be running the show.
Management always happens, whether you want it to or not. Like death and taxes.
Remember, this is the Other-Shaft. Our Shaft is still in our universe, being all managerial.
Of course, if this was a more dramatic comic I'm sure I would have expounded upon how there can be multiple versions of characters from multiple universe all in the same Hell, and how the souls are the same but different.
But this isn't a dramatic comic. Hahaha...

They actually do something heroic.
