The House of Dracul. I always meant to do more with that plotpoint (like maybe have Dracul -- father of Dracula show up in the comic), but I never really did. Dracul does get mentioned a few times throughout the whole series, but never like I intended.
Of course, part of that is because Konami had to go around and screw up the Castlevania storyline so that it doesn't actually follow actual history. If they hadn't done that, I really could have played with the history of Dracula's family more than I got to. Sad, really.
