Black Alert, of course, comes from Star Trek: Discovery. It's the term they use when the ship is powering up it's jump drive to travel across space. I can't find anything dictating it's a real term, so I doubt it has any actual parallel in the actual military. Someone can correct me otherwise if I'm wrong.
