This Comic's Storylines:
Claudette really has to pay attention, keep herself focused on being with a physical form and not formless so she phases through matter. Obviously she failed this time. I'm sure it's fine. Looks like she can make portals.
For the record, her portals are like Darkie's portals: she can cut through distance but not time. It makes sense that she can make these -- if Darkie can, there's no reason why Claudette can't since both of them are creations of Katrina.
