As we laid out way back when before the Siren was taken over by Gertie, there are really only three decks on the ship (four if you count the top-most observation area). Engineering is the bottom deck, Deck Three... or at least it should be, but as observant readers might have noticed, Angel and Claudette managed to land on a deck lower than Engineering. So... yeah, that's odd.
