#2378: Songs for All Occasions

This Comic's Storylines:

Seriously, I can keep coming up with food songs. If only there was a market for that, and I knew how to write music, I'd be rich!

I actually considered whether Alec needed to say "male stripper" instead of just "stripper" since, as a dude, it should be obvious he stripped in the masculine capacity. However, he is an Alec, and since all Alecs are, by nature, fairly girly, I kept the "male" qualifier. In this instance it was, in fact, essential.

And finally, while this may be an April 1st comic, it's not an April Fools Day one. I considered doing one for the day, but since we're already in a weird side-timeline from the main series, it just felt like one more layer too far for right now. Maybe next year...

Get too distant from your canon, and you'll forget the way back. That way lies madness.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
