Bucky doesn't have lungs. Or a nose, for that matter. There should be no way he can snore, since he doesn't need air to breathe (nor does he have a proper sinus cavity in the shape that would cause snores).
Him talking, in a way, is magical. I grant him magic speech because a bird has to be able to say something. Plus, a mute character is just boring. But trying to explain how a skeleton can snore is beyond me.
