#870: As Per the Agreement
This Comic's Storylines:
Death is a man (skeleton) of his word. Bucky won the day, Bucky gets the power the change the universe. Well, change it at least a little, anyway. Death used the power (in DSWC) to bring Dracula back from the dead. He also realigned some characters, and changed a few bits of reality. It doesn't sound like much, and yet he did realign some important details.
Once could argue there wasn't a lot of power here, but it also seems like there was a ton, and Death used all he could.
Well, after whatever changes Darkmoon made, of course.
