To be fair, though, going into this I wasn't at all certain how one kills and Elder God. I mean, they're Gods. How does one kill a God?
Okay, to be fair, I had just killed the Devil, but Link is no where near by right now (and, technically, he's in a different dimension). We can't exactly just use his Devil gear again, can we?
Well, we don't, even if that's a fantastic idea and I wish I'd thought of it sooner.
