#718: Teamwork Defined
Something to think about is the fact that Bucky is not a familiar. Darkie follows Katrina's orders, Alec's pig is his trusty steed. Evey Bunny, to a greater or lesser extent, seems to keep an eye out for Darkmoon (whatever good that does, since this is Darkmoon we're talking about). They take on fairly classic roles, and are easy to define in RPG terms.
Bucky, however, is his own person. He may only be a chicken, and lacks the ability to talk (in such a way that we can understand him, to be fair), but he is his own entity, and he goes along with Link because they're friends and Link seems to have his shit together.
If any of the "familiars" could go off and have their own adventures, it would be Bucky. He could pull it off.

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
