See, Frankie has the right idea. Quitting a battle before it turns against you is the strategy I choose every time.
But from a author's perspective, I had to have him avoid the fight. What would CVRPG without Frankie? If I killed him, I'd have to wait months or years (in comic) before I could bring him back, and it just wouldn't be the same.
Better to keep my two favorite characters safe and sound.
