#923: Dealt With

What Richter is referring to, of course, is the fact that Cornell is a good thirty years or so outside his proper time.His adventures all take place long after Richter's so having Cornell in the comic didn't make much sense from a timeline perspective. And since I've rebooted to try and get the timeline working in the comic, that means I had to find a way to explain it.
