#754: Borrow, Not Steal
We'll get to Death's plan in a bit. For now, let's just discuss his transformation. Death always has multiple forms (at least once he verged out of the NES era... and if we ignore SCV4 -- just go with me on this). The second form is usually more powerful, so we can think of it as his "battle form". That's what he's got going on here. He's in attack mode and is throwing everything he has (literally, in this case) at Dracula.
This might reflect badly on his performance review at the end of the year. Just sayin'.
