#11: Holidays

This Comic's Cast:

This is a thing I have an issue with from so many people that say they're Buddhists: the best and fastest way to enlightenment (their end-goal) is through the elimination of all worldly goods so that you can best focus on your own inner enlightenment. And yet, so many people that say they are Buddhists have so many posessions -- big screen TVs, fancy cars, expensive clothes. Now, sure, maybe that's just the "Buddhists" I've met, but if you're really going to be a part of that religion shouldn't you do what the monks do and go live off away from society to better find your inner peace and fulfillment?
Plainly this is a topic where using logic only exposes the flaws with humanity.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
