#58: King Me
I found something appealing in the thought the that Devil likes chess-based entendres. Not just in the fact that it actually makes him a nerd, but also in the fact that the Devil is into something beside despair and torture. Of course, there's always these stories of the Devil making a deal with some guy over a game of chess, how if the guy can beat the Devil, his soul will be saved.
You don't hear too often about the guy winning, and usually it takes a lot of work and thought and skill to do so. Plainly, the Devil is some kind of demonic Bobby Fischer.
He's probably less anti-Semitic, though.
