Death has but one person he serves, so even thought another Dark Lord is in this universe, that doesn't mean Death will serve them willingly. That's not how this works. Presumably the other universe has its own Death, so that would be the one to serve the Evil Darkmoon.
Admittedly I haven't really thought the consequences of multiple universe and multiples deaths through.
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
