#3047: Going Downtown...

This Comic's Storylines:

I'm assuming the ship has some kind of field that keeps the air in the ship when the bay doors are open but allows ships and such to exit freely. I think ships in Star Trek have something like that and it makes a certain amount of sense. Keeps all the air from escaping.

yea ST had force field airlocks instead of conventional ones, though they should've had some way of sealing the bays in the event of the fields failing? can't recall ever seeing such a backup system(then again can't recall seeing a failure either)

Yeah, you never see a double seal on the shuttle bays. Most of them just stay open, and the assumption is that if the field fails, everyone will be on the other side of the one small door leading into the ship. That doesn't seem entirely safe.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
