This Comic's Storylines:
Now, I'm not certain this is actually the case. I'm not a Navy officer and don't have as much knowledge of the military as I'd probably like, so maybe someone that knows more of this can speak to it. Far as I know, though, a ship doesn't have more than one captain, not for any length of time. Sure, they can transport other officers for different ships, have admirals on board from time to time, but the captain is the one in charge and there's only one of them.
Still, even if that's not the case, these two characters are certainly arguing that logic. All Darkmoon knows is Star Trek military rules so whatever he's seen is what he's going to trust on the matter.

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
