#2768: Magic Theory

I figured we were probably overdue for a bit of a discussion on magic theory. Everything listed here is important and is going to tie into upcoming plotlines, but part of that is just laying the groundwork for future events, and so we have to get back to the basics sometimes to do that.
Why is Claypool coming up with this instead of Katrina? Because Katrina doesn't really tend to focus on the "after" when it comes to her spells. Strike first, burn, ask questions never. She's dependable like that.
