Well, to be fair, Darkmoon is a vampire. Worrying about things like basic necessities doesn't really occur to him. Depending on the vampire lore you read, vampire don't even need to pee (certainly there's no indication they do from any of the rooms in a Castlevania game), so it's not like many necessities are high on his list of needs. A bed, sure, but a toilet? Eh, probably not.

Well, in Darkmoon's defense, Katrina's probably the only one on the crew that needs a toilet.
Darkmoon's undead, Golem's a golem, angel can just open a rift to anywhere and anytime he pleases and Bunny just does whatever he feels like.

Technically, Termt, Katrina could utilize her magic to avoid that issue, but that would likely end in disaster.
