Bathing in blood, while potentially restorative for vampires, really wouldn't seem to get you very clean. Above all else, blood would stain the skin. You've walk around looking like you'd been barbequed, and whatever youthful beauty you may have gotten from it would easily be offset by being beet red. Not worth it.
