Oh no! Alec her her unwilling thrall. It would be okay if he was her willing thrall, but making someone into an unwilling thrall is a felony in most states (although I think the rules are more relaxed in Alabama).
We've never seen Darkmoon share his blood with anyone, so I don't know if he could make thralls still or not. But then, Darkmoon has never expressed any interest in making new vampires at all -- the only time he came close was when Princess nibbled on his neck in her sleep (in Game One) and that turned out to be nothing.
