There are many locations in the castle. Libraries, museums, chapels, armories, cellars, waterways, drawing rooms, rooms of clocks, and even towers of dolls. But I don't recall, not once, a bathroom. Sure, Dracula may not have to pee, but some other mortal monster in the castle is going to need to drop a deuce eventually.
