While the SNES version of TMNT Tournament Fighter may not have been a very good game (hell, none of the TMNT Tournament Fighter releases were very good), it did have some decent artwork, especially for shots like the upper frame. I mixed it in with April from TMNT IV and some Symphony of the Night sprites. One of the only times you'll see proper Castlevania sprites in this comic.
Frankie is being rather dumb here, but this version doesn't have Mummy around to keep him in check. Mummy is obviously a grounding force for the pair.
