It's an amazing set of observations made far less amazing by the one fact at the end -- there's a vampire behind them.
Sunlight always annoys me in vampire media. Its inconsistent in its implementation. Sometimes vampires can be out in indirect sunlight, sometimes they can't. If we assume it's the direct UV rays that are the problem, then indirect, ambient light would be okay. But then, if that's the case, windows wouldn't be a problem either, as windows convert UV light into infrared.
I have the feeling I already did this rant once before, somewhere. I'll not go off on a tear then. Suffice it to say I prefer my vampires to have alittle more freedom when they wander around, and only have to worry about UV rays.

I have read a series of vampire novels where the author make a distinct point to show that the vampires in the setting are only hurt by the UV rays. However, UV is more common than you imply, as depending on when the window was made, as well as the type of glass in the window, it doesn't always block the UV rays. That's a trait more common to modern windows with the tinting that they are manufactured with.

This is true, and further reading on the subject later (since writing this comic's comment) illuminated the fact that most windows block UV-A and UV-B rays, although UV-C (the deep-penetrating rays) can still get through. So no solution is perfect, apparently.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
