#16: Continuity Killer
In the original continuity the universe is wiped out because IGA (the director of the Castlevania series) elects to remove Sonia Belmont from continuity. Sonia was the mother (probably -- she may have been the sister, but is more likely the mother) of Trevor Belmont -- who was the ancestor of every other Belmont in existence. One move wipes out all of continuity.

But, the comic was rebooted, and Sonia and Richter can't interact, and removing the progenitor of the series doesn't have the same universe crushing consequences it once did. So, we have to have a completely different adventure in its place, which we're going to get to in a second.

Dracula's line, "die monster you don't belong in this world," is the exact same line Richter originally recites in his version of the comic. I like the paralleling with that move.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
