Halloween Special: Mummy's Day Off

This Comic's Cast:

I forgot to discuss this one when I did the commentaries for the plotline. Ooops.
In my opinion, which, as the comic writer is the one that matters (haha), the comic complicates things a bit. The Mummy depicted here is highly intelligent, which became a part of his deep personality to me. But, the Mummy in the comics is generally a dumb, flesh craving fiend.
To make matters worse, this comic is non-continuity. If we take the non-contiuity comics as establishing the characters as actors when not "in character" then the Mummy should be intelligent when he's off camera. And yet, in the Turkey Day comic that follows, Mummy is his old flesh craving self.
I really botched his character, and that sucks.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
