#244: Spellwork

This Comic's Cast:

In my head, the spell system is incredibly deep. You can take any of the six affinities, use various forms and powers from each, and then combine them in a variety of ways. It sounds great on paper (and when I don't have to explain it), but if I tried to write it down for a game-system (such as a CVRPG Adventure Game), it's doubtful it would come across very well.
So we'll just gloss past that and find a quick way to make it happen.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
