It's the problem with being a vampire: the thrill of the chase makes the food taste so much better. How many times do you see, in movies, some girl in silky lingerie running through a woods, trying to evade the vampire that is after her. Vampires are faster than humans, stronger than humans. Why would a vampire let the girl run away like that?
