#3868: Clear the Bridge

I don't often resort to "potty humor" on the comic, primarily because I like wordplay more than farts and poops. Occasionally, though, a little toot does allow for a decent gag. I am pretty sure that this is the first fart I've had in the comic since Dead Link released a little gas in front of Princess way back in, like, CVRPG II (I think it was). So that, what... nearly 3200 comics since the last one? Jeez.
Plus it just seemed like Gertie was waiting for the right time to pull a prank like this. And, give the girl credit, she commits to the gag.
