#3438: Blast Away

In this instance I'm thinking of Octopath Traveler, with its shield break system, although I'm sure there are other games that have used a similar "weaken enemy with X attack, and then blast away" mechanic. I don't play a ton of modern RPGs so I'll just assume every game released now has something like that and move on.
