I gotta admit, I don't even know what it means. Doesn't sound good, though, does it? Being a Jerkins sounds pretty... lame. No one wants that.
I dunno why, but characters in my head always end up getting mired in office politics. I know it probably says something about where my mind goes (and what's on it), but you also have to think, really, that any job that goes on long enough (especially in confined quarters, day in, day out) is going to devolve into petty office politics. We're human. it's just how this shit goes.
