Of course, those are magical creatures, so it's not like they'll run into them on Horus. Unless magical creatures have managed to flee the Earth and spread their magical cooties everywhere else.
This is a realm of science though, so I'll assume nymphs and and the like aren't going to hang out in a random planet's sewers.

The most effective place to hide is where nobody else would bother looking for you because nobody wants to go there. If you're on the run from the Seelie or Unseelie court just about the best place you could hide from them is in the sewer of some non-magical planet.

As a realm of science the nymphs and water sprites have more than likely become enviromentalists, so you'd be more likely to encounter them in parks and wild lands areas on a random planet. The ones in the sewers are the dangerous ones.
