I think you mixed up the position of the "nothing there" and "maybe some treasure" textbox. First stating there's nothing there and THEN adding there was some treasure seems more logical.

Yeah, I thought it was "Figured I'd look around, maybe [find] some treasure" followed by "Don't bother going that way. There's nothing there [because I didn't find anything while looking for treasure]."

Alright then, was just a tad unclear for me. But seeing as there's now some more info in the comments there's no need to change it anyhow.
