#2010: Cape Power

Since the cape is basically his body, it seemed like the best thing to do would be to give him lots of cool things he could do with that cape. Dracula isn't Death, so he's not just going to summon versions of his scythe and use dark magic. Dracula has to have his own cool powers.
I think this skull transformation, for example, is a cool way to kinda of tie into the forms Dracula has taken in the past (like his skull-headed form in Super Castlevania IV) while still keeping the battle itself fresh.
