One thing to note about Cassandra is that I didn't want to make her as well developed of a Belmont as Richter (or Hanz). While she has the whip and some knives, she doesn't have the full compliment of Belmont weapons, nor can she perform item crashes. Even if I use her again and give her some basic upgrades, I still won't give her item crashes -- those are exclusive to Richter's era, basically.
