Google Translate is my friend. I'm sure it sucks if you want to translate long passages of text (hell, there are memes about translating passages back and forth in Google Translate), but for short items like this it's not too terrible.
And, yeah, that's Klingon. I just can't have Darkmoon say it is since there should be no way he knows that language. Drow, though, is totally acceptable.

It's it a case where the Klingon language we know is actually the language of the ruling nobility? To be a "true" Klingon you have to speak -the- language, the noble language. That doesn't mean there can't be other dialects or languages, just that the Klingon language we know is the one spoken by the military and elites.
