Super Special Comic 800: An Aside

In a way, having Angel go back in time to prevent his own actions causes as many issues as everything Darkmoon did. If Angel doesn't know to go back, he wouldn't go back, which then means he didn't go back, so the issues start all over again.
Effectively, what this means is that, no matter what, we have two timelines that always have to happen -- the normal timeline, and the Super Dark timeline we glimpsed here.
What this means for the future of this comic, I don't really know. Currently, the comic treats the other timeline as if it never happened, because, in a way, it never did (even though it totally did, and is still happening, even now).
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
