#945: Every Door That Closes

It's amazing how a comic can just get away from you. Since CVRPG has no vertical limit to the space I use, something (such as here) a comic can just keep going and going until I reach a natural end to the dialogue.
Now, of course, I could just choose to end a comic at any point I want. Often times I'll stick to one or two panels to get the job done. Sometimes, though, I really want to tell a specific plot point in a single comic, and I have to just keep writing until it happens.
Such was the case here. Damn if Dracula doesn't get some great lines, though.
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
