Yeah, I think the reason I never can do much with these two is they just don't blend well with the rest of the series. Samus and Nathan are much better off being side characters in DSWC than they ever were in CVRPG (not that they appear much, or at all, in DSWC; I'm just saying).
If I had to do it again, I'd probably not keep them around nearly as long as I have, and probably I'd make them permanent characters in DSWC instead. They would blend in so much better over there.
