#541: The Death Knell

Technically Death used a summon. I have a summon planned for each of the magic groups, and this one is the summon for Dark magic. I know he's an enemy, technically, from some JRPG, but at this point (10 years later), I can't remember which. So, let's go with Ultimate Breath of Fire III. Sounds about right.
I think this is one of the only times I've actually killed any of my characters. Of course, Alec then fixes it, so there's no real issue, but still. A climactic moment there.

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
