Justine Prelude
This Comic's Cast:
When I jumped the series 800 years in the future I lost Alec and Princess -- they were both mortal and wouldn't easily be able to make the jump (for obvious reasons). However, I still felt like we should have a nod towards them in the series. Thus, in the far future, Darkmoon and co. run across an Admiral Prelude, the long-descended grandchild of Alec and Princess.
I needed the crew to have contacts with the space fleet just so I could easily give them missions to perform and have an authority figure for them to talk to. Making her a Prelude just meant she'd have Princess's wicked streak and could boss them around like none other. A perfect solution.
When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...
These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
