#2461: Meeting with the Admiral

Here we see the first actual officer in the comic. We'll get to more about her in a couple, but let's talk about the uniforms.
Since I went with a basic army uniform for the soldiers, I wanted something fairly standard for the officers as well. This obviously isn't a dress uniform, but it has a nice, clean, professional look without just being a copy of a U.S. naval uniform.
I don't know what I'm going to do for dress uniforms but I already know I'll have to plan them out eventually.
