Well, he is in Richter's body. That's not something Dracula is going to adjust to quickly.
Do they have male Venus Weeds? Eros Weeds, maybe? Or Hephaestus Weeds? Gotta be something like that, right? For the sake of the species there have to be male versions of them. I'm sure that's the kind of Venus Weed Dracula is looking for.
