She's a sexually charged dream demon. She feeds off the sexual needs of her victims. Of course she has to look unbelievably hot. If she didn't, she'd never get as much food as she needs.
On the flip side, I'm not sure how that statement aligns with "e;lo-cal dreams. She apparently wouldn't need as much to eat if she's dieting... Maybe it's a matter of quality over quantity. Hrm...
